Ardella Kelly Hoskins Abdelgadir, 79, of Philadelphia, MS passed on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, from Neshoba County General Nursing Home in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, July 5, 2025, from St. Paul M.B. Church in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Burial will follow in St. Paul M.B. Church Cemetery in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Visitation will be held 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. Friday, July 4 , 2025, from Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia. Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia is in charge of all arrangements.
Born to Less Kelly and Jessie Mae Richmond Kelly. She attended Beashie and George Washing Carver High School, where she played basketball and softball. After school she did janitorial work and also worked in poultry and the clock factory in Louisville, MS where she met and married Larry Hoskins, After his death she returned home, and worked at Silver Star from 1994- 2000. She gave her life to Christ at an early age and attended St. Paul M.B. Church where she was a choir member and an usher for 30 plus years and was also on the Meal and Finance Committee until her health failed in 2024.
She leaves to cherish her memories ;2 sons ,Tommy (Debra) Kelly of Orlando, FL., and Timothy Hoskins of Flowood, MS: 3 daughters, Jackie Graham-Miller of Noxapater, MS., Pashen Hoskins and April Abdelgadie both of Philadelphia, MS ;17 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren. 1 brother James (Brenda) Kelly of Orlando, FL; 4 sisters, Leslie Mae Stribling, Christine Stribling of Orlando, FL, Inize Lyons of Flint, MI., and Irene (Henry) Walker of Newton, MS; Three very special sister in laws Leola, Bessie Mae, Tammy and a brother in law, Dennis. A very special hospice nurse Jordan.
She was proceeded in death by parents Less and Jessie Mae R. Kelly. Her husband Larry Hoskins, her son, Richard W. Hoskins, 8 brothers, Henry Tom Kelly, Willie Jim Kelly, Troy Kelly, Gene Kelly, Lester Kelly, Hermon Kelly, and sister Willie Lee Kelly.
