Betty Nell Price-Hickman

Betty Nell Price-Hickman, 71, of Ackerman, MS., passed on Friday, August 28, 2026 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson, MS.  A memorial service will be Saturday, September 5, 2026 at 11 a.m., at the Beck Funeral Home, 4860 MS Hwy. 12, Weir, MS. 

Betty was born January 5, 1955 to the parents of Joe  Price Sr  and Odessa Gladney in Choctaw County Mississippi.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Joe Price and Odessa Gladney Price; son, James Price.

Betty is survived by her son, Thomas Price (Donna); grandchildren, 5; great grandchildren 7; siblings, Betty Sue Reed, Joe Price Jr., George Price, Judy Price, Gerald Price, Glen Price, Patricia Harris and Marlyn Davis; a host of aunts, uncles, in-laws,  nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and family.
