Caden Deshun Yarbrough

Caden Deshun Yarbrough, 19, of Weir, Mississippi, passed on Thursday, January 1, 2026 at the Choctaw County Medical Center, Ackerman, MS. Funeral Service will be Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 2 p. m., from the Ackerman Elementary School Gymnasium, 8474 MS - 15, Ackerman, MS 39735. Visitation will be Friday, from 4 until 6 p.m. from the Funeral Home.   Burial will be in the Enon Cemetery, Ackerman, MS. Beck Funeral Home of Weir in charge of arrangements.

Caden was born August 4, 2006, to the parents of Emmalee Ann Chancellor and Curtis Deshun Yarbrough in Lauderdale County Mississippi.

Caden was a 2025 graduate of the Choctaw County High School.

Caden was preceded in death by his maternal aunt, Jinger Chancellor, maternal great-grand parents, Edward and Opal Chancellor, Jimmie and Laura Peden, paternal grandmother, Delois Yarbrough, parental great grand parents, Curtis and Lizzie Mae Yarbrough, Robert Sanders and bonus grandparents, Shirley and Linda Lee.

Caden is survived by his mother and bonus father, Emmalee and Marquentin Love, father, Deshun Yarbrough; Siblings; Keeghan Ashford, Kiyan Love, Khysen Yarbrough and Morgan Yarbrough; maternal grandparents, Wilbur and Dianne Chancellor, paternal grandfather, Curtis Yarbrough, Jr., paternal great grandmother, Leona Nunn, Uncle Jody (Shemila) Chancellor; aunts, Ashley (Ryan) Mosley, Nikki Yarbrough, Sonya Cooper and  Bonus aunts, Corwanda Love, Akenia Love, Brandy Lee, Jalisa (Marquinn) Patton and Ebony Lee; Bonus uncles, Shirley (Marquetta) Lee and Jerry Lee; cousins, Jaymee, Taytum, Elijah, Chancen, Alena, Jarvis, Lizzie Grace, Ty, NiAsia, Angel, Macaryun, Ah'Myrah, Alonah, Majesty, Marasai, Camden, Nicholas, Charlie, Brittish, Braylon, Jayden, Tristan, DJ, Kensley, Vanity, Karson, Ayden; Girlfriend, Taja Kennedy and a host of extended family and close friends.
