Carrie Mae Shields

Carrie Mae Shields, 68 of Louisville, Mississippi passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at her home. A memorial service will be Friday, May 9, 2025 at 11 a.m., from Beck Funeral Home. A visitation will be Thursday from 4 until 6 p.m., from the Funeral Home. 

Carrie was born January 22, 1957 to the parents of Garland Hughes and Mary Triplett Hughes in Winston County Mississippi.

She was preceded in death by; parents, Garland and Mary Hughes; siblings, Porter Coleman, James Coleman, Ruthie M. Brantley and Al Hughes.

She is survived by; husband, Harold T. Shields, Jr.; children, Turkesa (Jonathan) and Teresa (Terrence); grandchildren, Ashley (Jaime), Brianna, Tyreese and Tristan; great grands, Bryden, Jaime Jr., Bryson and Jokoda; siblings; Herman Coleman, Aaron Coleman, Evelyn Hughes, Milton Hughes and Diane Johnson (Alex); nieces, nephews and other relatives and family.
