Don Carter, 66, of Philadelphia, Mississippi passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2025 at Baptist Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, November 2, 2025, from Ivy Street Church of Christ, 601 Ivy Street, Philadelphia, Mississippi, with Minister Johnny Beckwith officiating. Burial will follow at Morrow Cemetery in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Visitation will be held 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. Saturday, November 1, 2025 at Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia. Beck Funeral Home of Philadelphia is in charge of all arrangements. 

To cherish his memories Don leaves his children, Bryant R. Steele and Dondrya D. Carter, his brother, Wilbert (Jean) Carter of Rockwall, Texas, seven sisters, Genail (Jim) Horne, Margie Wells, DFrances Davis, Tabitha Henson, Lely Fulton and Julia Houston of Philadelphia, Mississippi and Margaret (Wilson) Darby of Walnut Grove, Mississippi. Also cherishing his memories are his three Aunts, and a host of nieces and nephews.
