Mrs. Dorine McAfee Sims, 61, of Philadelphia, Mississippi passed on Saturday, November 13, 2021 from St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Thursday, November 18, 2021 from Stevens Chapel United Methodist Church in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Burial will follow in the Donald Rest Cemetery in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Visitation will be held 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 17, 2021 from Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia. Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia is in charge of all arrangements.

Dorine Sims is survived by her sons: Shadrick ( Lindsey) McAfee, Antwan ( Bernadette) McAfee, both of Atlanta, GA; Michael R. (Tiffany) Sims, Jr. of Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, North Carolina, Jonathan ( Courtney) McGee of Philadelphia, MS; Oscar ( Martine) Gray of Brandon, MS, and a daughter, Johndreas McGee of Philadelphia, MS; brothers, Fred McAfee of Madison, MS; Cleveland (Bettye) McAfee, Gaddis McAfee, and Curlee Connor all of Philadelphia, MS; sisters, Beverly ( Milton) Noblin, of Forest, MS, Gail (Barry) Martin, Ruby Jean Brazzle, and Deborah Henson all of Philadelphia, MS; two aunts, Kathy Lowery and Barbara Franklin both of Atlanta, GA. Grandchildren: Christopher, Braylon, Kayla, Chantel, Ethan, Jaylen, Sari, Jayden, Safeer, Kennedy, Kenderrick, Maya, Kendrea, Jada, Jacob, and Ellison; two special Goddaughters, La'Kitha Bledsoe Hughes and LaToya Bledsoe, and a host of special nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
