Dwight Sherrod, 71, of Cleveland, Ohio passed on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, from Fairview Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, December 30, 2023 from Mt. Ary M.B. Church in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Burial will follow in Mt. Ary M.B. Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. Friday, December 29, 2023 from Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia. Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia is in charge of all arrangements.

Dwight leaves to cherish his daughter, Mahonda Sherrod, two grandchildren: Shavon Sherrod & Mackenzie Steele, two great grandchildren, Princeton Sherrod & Cing'Stan Sherrod, his brothers Harold V. Jason and Howard E. Jason, Jr., two special aunts Shirley Sherrod of Atlanta, GA and Lula Sherrod of Philadelphia, MS, one special uncle Lee Blackmon Sr., of Mobile Alabama and a host of cousins, family and friends.
