Ella Elizabeth Rhodes Gill

Ella Elizabeth Rhodes Gill, 81, passed on Saturday, August 23, 2025, in Jackson, MS.  Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, August 30, 2025, from Sunny Hill M.B. Church in Decatur, Mississippi.  Burial will follow in Sunny Hill M.B. Church Cemetery in Decatur, MS.  Visitation will be held 1:00 P.M. - 1:45 P.M. Saturday, August 30, 2025, from Sunny Hill M.B. Church.  Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia is in charge of all arrangements.

Ella leaves to forever celebrate her life and cherish her memory six children: John (Doll), Audrey Gill - Copenhaver (Paul), Mickeylane, Mae, Lindsey Joe (Tamika), and Wendy Gill. She deeply loved and was loved by eight grandchildren: Areil Galloway, Holly Lloyd, Rebekah, Elijah, Preston, Karla, Lindsey, and Layla Gill; bonus grandchildren, Aaliyah Evans and LeTarius Harris. Ell awill be missed by sister-in-kaw Willinda Hundter; nephews: Brandon Roberts, Jonathan and Tymek Hunter; great nephew Jontaris Hunter and great nieces: Janiya, Jalonie, and Avyanna Hunter.  She also leaves to mourn two special cousins: Annie Ruth Moore and Mary Helen Payton Ratcliff and a host of relatives and friends, all deeply loved and truly special.
