Ernest Ruth Boyd

Ernest Ruth Boyd, 86, of Union Mississippi passed on Sunday, September 14, 2025, from her residence in Newton County, Mississippi.  Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Thursday, September 18, 2025, from Greater Rose Hill M.B. Church in Union, Mississippi.  Burial will follow in Greater Rose Hill Church Cemetery in Union, Mississippi.  Visitation will be held 1:00 P.M. - 1:45 P.M. Thursday, September 18, 2025, from Greater Rose Hill M.B. Church.  Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia is in charge of all arrangements.

Ernest Ruth Boyd leaves a lifetime of unforgettable memories to cherish.  She is survived by three devoted children: James R. Boyd, Stacie (Clarence) Thompson and Christopher Boyd; a granddaughter, whom she raised as her , Teoneka Wallace; ten grandchildren: Terrell (Tenesha) Boyd, Terrance Boyd, Kendta (Joseph) McCain, Natashia (La Toshia) Wallace; Quadarius (Hannah) Wallace, Octavius (Erika) Wallace, Najee (Knesha) Thompson, Tre Thompson, Malik Thompson, and Trevion Boyd; one brother, Willie (Mary) Faulkner of Flint, Michigan and one sister, Letha Mason of Union, Mississippi, and a host of great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends, the Rosehill M.B. Church family, and a special friend, who was more like a sister, Mildred Perry.
