Mrs. Evelyn Young, 68, of Philadelphia, Mississippi passed on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 from St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, April 25, 2021 from Jerusalem Temple Church in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Burial will take place in the Bibleway Penrecostal Church in Noxapater Mississippi. Visitation will be held for family only. Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia is in charge of all arrangements.

Evangelist Evelyn leaves to cherish her wonderful memories, two daughters, Yolanda and Latresia both of Philadelphia, MS, three sons; Mark ( Tracy) of Philadelphia, MS, Timothy of Houston, TX, and Kevin of Philadelphia, MS, eight sisters and brothers; Robert Tucker, Marie Roberts, Asalean Tucker, Zell Muhammad ( Danny) all of Memphis, TN, John Lockhart ( Linda), Andreta Anderson ( Michael) of Florida, Ricky Tucker Hameed, and Renee Bailey of Memphis . TN, fifteen grandchildren ( including Emmit Thompson, Dakota Deaton, & Chris Lyons), four and a half great grandchildren, one aunt ( Lucy Carter), two special sisters, Leather * Dixie Young, her friend, Mr. Roy Houston, a great host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
