Gloria Mason Rushing

Gloria Mason Rushing, 50, of Union, Mississippi passed on Saturday, August 31, 2024 from St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, Mississippi.  Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, September 7, 2024 from Little Mountain M.B. Church in Union, Mississippi.  Burial will follow in Springhill M.B. Church Cemetery in Union, Mississippi.  Visitation will be held 1:00 P.M. - 1:45 P.M. Saturday, September 7, 2024 from Little Mountain M.B. Church in Union, Mississippi.  Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia is in charge of all arrangements.

Mrs. Gloria Mason Rushing was born March 9, 1974 to the late James Arthur and Jannie Ruth Mason of Union, MS.  She united with Little Mountain M.B. Church at an early age.  Gloria left her mark on everyone she met in this lifetime.  She had a smile that could light up a room and a laugh that could be heard a thousand miles away.  On December 16, 2000, she married Charles Anthony Rushing, and had four children.  Gloria was a cosmetologist and a certified nursing aide.  She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandsons.  Gloria lived a full adventurous life, 

Gloria is preceded in death by her parents James Arthur Mason and Jannie Ruth Mason; her son, Zanden Rushing and four brothers 

She leaves to cherish a wonderful devoted husband, Charles Anthony Rushing of Union, MS; two loving daughters, JaTaeza Rushing and Alaysnia Rushing; one loving son,  Demantreo Johnson all of Union, MS; two  grandsons, Legend and Kingstan; three sisters, Jannie Talley, Laura Hickman both of Union, MS, Dorothy Jones of Illinois; three brothers, James (Denise) Mason and Danny Mason of Union, Mississippi and Charles Mason of  Chicago, IL and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
