James Governor Ashford, 88, of Ackerman, Mississippi, passed on Friday, May 24, 2024 at his Home. Funeral Service will be Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 2 p.m., from Pilgrim Rest M. B. Church, 9272 MS. Hwy. 9, Ackerman, MS. Visitation will be Friday, from 4 until 6 p.m., from the Funeral Home, Weir Location. Burial will be in the Tyler-McMullen Cemetery. Beck Funeral Home of Weir in charge of arrangements.
