James Earl Miller-Roberson

James Earl Miller-Roberson, 74, of Gulfport, MS., formerly of Louisville, MS., passed on Sunday, August 9, 2026 at Saint Joseph Hospice, Gulfport, MS. Funeral Service will be Saturday, August 15, 2026 at 1 p.m., from Trinity Church of God In Christ, 706 Winston Street, Louisville, MS. 39339. Visitation will be Friday, from 4 until 6 p.m., from the Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Antioch Cemetery. Beck Funeral Home of Louisville in charge of arrangements.

James was born January 31, 1952 to the parents of James Eron Miller and Clara Miller Coleman, in Lauderdale County Mississippi.

James was preceded in death by his parents, James Eron Miller and Clara Miller Coleman; siblings, Ruth Thelma Walker, and Georgia Dianne Haynes.

James is survived by; wife, Glenette Roberson; children, Shanta Roberson, Lakeith Roberson (Tameka), Anita Roberson, Lakeisha Roberson; siblings, Clara Ann Hampton (Steven), and Eron Lavell Miller; grandchildren; TyAsia Roberson, Makariya Roberson, Kamari Wilson, Kamiah Roberson, Kiera Roberson and Winterlane Pitts; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and family.
