Friday, May 28, 2021 from Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery in Gholson, Mississippi. Visitation will be held 12:00 P.M. - 1:20 P.M. Friday, May 28, 2021 from Beck Funeral Home Dekalb. Beck Funeral Home Dekalb is in charge of all arrangements.

J.D. leaves to cherish his memory; one daughter Minnie ( James) Benoman of Dekalb, MS; Four sons: Johnnie Lee Harrison of Fort Hood , TX, Billy Ray Harrison, Johnny Earl Carpenter and Lyndon B. Carpenter ( Kendra) of Dekalb, MS; two brothers: Joe Wayne ( Jimmie Ruth) Harrison of Preston, MS and Curtis ( Joyce) Harrison of Lauderdale, MS; two sisters Lida ( Dwight) Mann of Orlando, FL, and Frances Fields of Fort Knox, KY; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends who will miss him.
