Jim Neely, Jr. was born December 19, 1958 in Starkville, MS. to Betty Riley and Jim Neely.

Jim leaves to cherish his memory one sister, Linda Neely and his cousin, Jessie Shields(Tammy Slaughter). He also leaves a true friend, Belinda Jones and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
