Tuesday, April 29, 2025, from Beck Funeral Home Chapel of Philadelphia.  Burial will follow from Hopewell U.M. Church Cemetery in Philadelphia, Mississippi.  Visitation will be held 11:00 A.M. - 11:45 A.M. Tuesday, April 29, 2025 from Beck Funeral Home Chapel in Philadelphia.  Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia is in charge of all arrangements.

John Horne leaves behind brothers; Willie Jim, Billy Joe, and Curtis Horne all of Philadelphia, MS; sisters, Nancy Johnson of Jackson, MS., Edna Triplett, Dora (Carl) Rainey of Philadelphia, MS, Velma (Billy) Barfield of Collinsville, MS., Gloria Ingram and Tjwanna Horne of Philadelphia, MS. He leaves a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
