John Eddie Laine, 65, of Louisville, MS., passed on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at his residence. Funeral Service will be Saturday, March 30, 2024 at 11 a.m., from Harper Chapel M. B. Church, Louisville, MS. Visitation will be Friday, March 29, 2024 from 4 until 6 p.m., from the Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Eiland Cemetery, Louisville, MS. 
John was born September 6, 1958 to the parents of Tommie Laine and Elizabeth Orr in Winston County Mississippi.
John is survived by his wife, Sallie Laine; children, Jackie(Vontreal) Hunt and Jasmine Laine (Laterrious Arteberry); 4 grands; brothers, Smith Ingram, Tommie Laine and Willie (Sherrie) Laine: sister, Nannie Sherrod, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
