Kevin Young, 54, of Philadelphia, Mississippi passed on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at Catawba Valley Medical Center in Hickory, North Carolina. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at Jerusalem Temple Church in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Burial will follow in Bibleway Pentecostal Church Cemetery in Louisville, Mississippi. Visitation will be held 12:00 P.M.- 12:45 PM Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at Jerusalem Temple Church. Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia is in charge of all arrangements.
Kevin is survived by his children, Caleb Young of Winnetka, IL., and Antwon Monroe of Philadelphia, MS; Father, Bishop Henry Lee young of Philadelphia, MS; three grandchildren; two brothers, Mark Young of Philadelphia, MS., and Timothy Young of Houston, TX; one sister, Latresia Young of Philadelphia, MS.
Pallbearers are Laydric Carter, Willie Young, Allen Tucker, Mark Young, Pete Lyons, and Rhondy Young.
Bishop Stan Jones is the officiant of services
