Lorece Hooker

Lorece A. Hooker, 94, passed on Monday, September 21, 2026, at her residence in Philadelphia, Mississippi.  Graveside Services will be held 12:00 P.M. Saturday, October 3, 2026, at W.C. Calloway Memorial Cemetery in Philadelphia, Mississippi.  Visitation will be held 10:15 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. Saturday October 3, 2026, at Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia.  Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia is in charge of all arrangements.

Mrs. Lorece was born March 7, 1932 to the parents of 'Papa' George Washington Adams and Missouri 'Mama C' Stribling Adams in Neshoba County, MS.

Mrs. Lorece is preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Hooker and son, Cleantha Ray Hooker.

Mrs. Lorece is survived by her brothers, Joe (Thelma) and Bobby Adams; Grandson, Christian Wilborn (Tineya) of Seattle, WA; Great-grandchildren, Aliyah and Audrey Wilborn, and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
