Lorenzo Griffin, 67,of Philadelphia, Mississippi passed on Saturday, November 16, 2024, from Diversicare of Meridian.  Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, November 24, 2024, from Jerusalem Temple Church in Philadelphia, Mississippi.  Burial will follow in Donald Rest Cemetery in Philadelphia, Mississippi.  Visitation will be held 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. Saturday, November 23, 2024, from Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia.  Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia is in charge of all arrangements.

His wife of Forty-nine years, Mary D. Griffin, his four children: Felix (Melissa) of Tampa FL, Constance of Philadelphia, MS, Jonathan (Curbie) of Union, MS m and Boris (Joselyn) of Philadelphia, MS.  Sixteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren will great miss and cherish the wonderful times and memories they have so lovingly made through the years. Lorenzo has three brothers who will feel the agony of his passing: James (Denise) of Jeffersonville, IN, Greg Hogue of CA, and Bardra Lyons of Noxapater, MD.  A nurturing mother figure in the person of his aunt, Vera Griffin, and a great company of other family and friends who will miss him dearly.
