Maggie Jane Nelson, 68, of Decatur, Mississippi passed on Saturday, March 8, 2025 from Rush Foundation Hospital in Meridian, Mississippi.  Funeral Services will be held 11:00 Friday, March 21, 2025, from the Third New Hope District Building in Newton, Mississippi.  Burial will follow in Decatur M.B. Church Cemetery in Decatur, Mississippi.  Visitation will be held 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. Thursday, March 20, 2025, from Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia.  Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia is in charge of all arrangements.

She leaves to cherish her memories: one daughter, Latonia Amos, two sons; Navariann Mapp and Marlon Mapp; two sisters, Faye Amos, and Daisy Amos; elven grand children, Shabresha Amos, Keariunne Amos, Destiny Wade, Fantasy(Jaylen) Hackett, Zaylin Mapp, Ajari Mapp, Navarionna Mapp, Tra'Varionna Mapp, Zanougie Mapp, Zayah Mapp, Tahj Mapp, seven great grand-children; bestfriend Hazel Wansley, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
