Michael James Burton, 49, of Dekalb, Mississippi passed on Monday, August 29, 2022 in Kemper County, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, September 3, 2022 at New Vision M.B Church in Dekalb, Mississippi. Burial will follow at Anderson Jackson, Sr. Memorial Cemetery in Preston, Mississippi. Visitation will be held 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. Friday, September 2, 2022 at Beck Funeral Home Dekalb. Beck Funeral Home Dekalb is in charge of all arrangements.

Mr. Michael James Burton is survived by his wife, Karen Burton; his mother Mary Louise Burton; two children, Zabia L. Burton, and Michael Jacob Burton both of Dekalb, MS. One grandchild Kyndel Bohannon of Dekalb, MS. Two brothers Antonio Burton and Terry Burton both of Dekalb, MS, one sister Nicky McDade of Dekalb, MS. Pallbearers are cousins and friends. Bishop William C. Brown is the officiating minster.
