Mrs. Philomene Ntolo Etua, 80, of Starkville, MS., formerly of Louisville, MS., passed on Saturday, August 24, 2019, at the North Mississippi Medical Center, West Point, MS. A visitation will be Thursday Aug. 29, 2019 from 5 until 7 p.m., from the Funeral Home. Beck Funeral Home of Louisville in charge of arrangements.
