Tommie Lee McDougle

Tommie Lee McDougle, 75, of Philadelphia, Mississippi passed on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at Baptist Anderson Hospital in Meridian, Mississippi.  Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, June 6, 2026, from Beck Funeral Home Chapel Philadelphia.  Burial will follow in Donald Rest Cemetery in Philadelphia, Mississippi.  Visitation will be held 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. Friday, June 5, 2026 from Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia.  Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia is in charge of all arrangements.

Tommie Lee McDougle was born on June 24, 1950 to Lillie Mae Hunter McDougle and Walt - Lee McDougle who raided him with love, strength, and unwavering care.  From a young age he displayed a vibrant spirit, a kind heart, and a natural ability to bring joy to those around him.

Whether it was his infectious laughter, his caring nature, or his ability to turn any moment into a cherished memory, he was a gift to all who had the privilege of knowing him.

More than anything, Tommie was devoted to his family and friends. He cherished their relations and was a source of strength, laughter, and unwavering support to those who needed them.  He is survived by his son, Tommy (Betsy) Taylor; Brother, Michael McDougle and a host of loving grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, an dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father and three sisters, whom we take comfort in knowing welcomed him with open arms.  Through the pain of his loss is overwhelming we find solace in the memories he left behind,
