William Lee Coats, 83, of Philadelphia, Mississippi passed on Friday, July 8, 2022 in Daleville, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Thursday, July 14, 2022 from Jerusalem Temple Church in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Burial will follow from the Donald Rest Cemetery in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Visitation will be held Wednesday, 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. July 13, 2022 from Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia. Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia is in charge of all arrangements.

Mr. Willie Coats was proceeded in death by his mother and father Bettie and Rossie Coats. He leaves to mourn his passing, his loving wife, Alice; his devoted daughter and caretaker of both parents, Jacqueline ("Jackie") James, (Decatur, GA); Brothers: Rev. Robert Coats, Levi Coats ( Helen), Rossie Coats, Jr. (Jackie), and Lawrence Burrage; Sisters: Fannie Mae Forest (the late Bernard Forest), Eliza Jane Coats; Sister-in Law: Janet Clark, a host of nieces, nephews, an aunt and cousins.
